My tax computation looks wrong
Check that your period, taxpayer type, and rate settings match your registration, then report the exact figures you expected so we can trace the computation.
A BIR form won't generate or download
Make sure every required field for the period is filled in. If the download still fails, report the form name and period.
My file upload keeps failing
Uploads support common spreadsheet and image formats under 5MB. Very large files or unusual formats are the most common cause.
